3. Add ½ teaspoon of pandan leave powder to lukewarm water.

4. To cook with the juice or add gelatin into it to make a buko pandan.

5. Make a juice by boiling the leaves and letting them steep.

6. Can add to ice-cream, kuih-muih, jelly, cake, biscuit, jam, pudding, chocolate, bao/bun, bread, dessert, pop-corn, grazing & filing.
