Ingredients:

Soya Oil, Onion, Sugar, Dried Shrimps, Salt, Chili, Galangal, Contains Monosodium Glutamateas permittted flavour enhancer Garlic, Lemongrass and Contains Modified Corn Starch as permitted thickener.

成份：大豆油，洋葱，糖，乾虾，盐， 辣椒，南姜，含可食用增味剂，蒜头，香茅和含可食用增调剂

Store in a cool dry place, refrigerate once opened.

储藏阴凉干燥处，打开后请冷藏保存。

Cooking Instructions:

1. Mix 1 packet of Tean's Gourmet Paste for Prawn Noodle with 1600ml of boiling water, simmer it over low fire for 5 minutes.

2. Blanch 600g fresh yellow noodles and 60g bean sprouts, place evenly into 6 bowls.

3. Garnish noodles with slices of cooked meat, cooked prawns, hard-boiled egg, fried shallot and spring onion.

4. Pour hot boiling soup onto noodles. Serve.

烹调方法：

1. 将一包田师傅 虾面即煮酱料放入1600毫升沸水， 并以小活煮5分钟。

2. 将600克黄面及60克豆芽与滚水烫熟，放入6个大碗中。

3.每碗加上适量的熟肉片和虾壳，熟鸡蛋，炸葱片及葱片。

4.加入煮滚的虾面汤，趁熟食用。
