Pulau Ketam Steam Fish Assam Paste 吉胆岛蒸鱼亚参酱
Very authentic and delicious from local Pulau Ketam restaurant recipes, must try without regretting !
For steamming fish, prawn all type of seafood and dishes :
1. Apply steam fish paste on the washed fish. 180g of paste to about 1kg of fish. Mixing the paste uniform on the dishes.
2. Once the water is boiled, steam the fish for approximately 10min. Steam at high heat. Adjust the duration based on fish size.
3. After 10min, remove fish from steamer. Garnish with spring onion & coriander.
Serving : 3-5 person per meal

蒸:
1.彻底洗净并擦干鱼。把蒸鱼酱倒在鱼上。180g酱料倒入1千克鱼中,请相应地调整比例。
2.水烧开后,蒸鱼约10分钟。高温蒸。根据鱼的大小调整持续时间。
3. 10分钟后,从蒸笼中取出鱼。配上葱和香菜。
